Refund Policy

We're so confident you’ll love The Fertility Reset that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.

There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Fertility Reset at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of The Fertility Reset from Theresa Valdez.

2. Completion of the full The Fertility Reset (verifiable by Theresa Valdez).

Refund Request Deadline

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing The Fertility Reset. For example, if you purchased The Fertility Reset on 1 March 2025, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. Theresa Valdez reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. Theresa Valdez has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. Theresa Valdez reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Theresa Valdez to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Theresa Valdez has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Theresa Valdez will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
